ELROI Labs Publisher
We publish your approved content to your own accounts. You keep the keys.
ELROI Labs is a social media and software agency. When a business hires us to manage its social media, we plan and produce its posts, the business approves them, and we schedule and publish them to the accounts that the business itself connected. ELROI Labs Publisher is the name of our TikTok integration; for Instagram and Facebook we use ELROI Publicaciones, our Meta app.

How it works
- 01
A business hires us
A business (for example a spa, a hotel, a home-decor store or a flower shop) hires ELROI Labs to manage its social media. We agree on a monthly content plan.
- 02
The business connects its own account
The account owner signs in on TikTok’s official authorization page (Login Kit) or Meta’s, and decides whether to grant access. We never ask for or store passwords, and each business connects only its own accounts.
- 03
We prepare the content
Our team produces the videos, photos and captions from the business’s own material. We do not copy content from other accounts or platforms.
- 04
The business approves every post
Before anything is scheduled, the business reviews the final video or image and its caption, and approves it or asks for changes. We record that decision in our CRM, and only an approved piece can be sent to the scheduler.
- 05
We schedule with each network’s settings
On TikTok, each post is set up showing the account that will receive it, who can view it, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and the commercial content disclosure.
- 06
Publishing and status
At the agreed time the post is published to the business’s account. We check the publishing status and record it in our CRM. On TikTok, a video may take a few minutes to be processed and appear on the profile.
The business stays in control
- The account belongs to the business. We only act on it with the permissions its owner granted.
- Access can be revoked at any time, without having to ask us.
- If a business stops working with us, we disconnect its accounts from our tools.
How to revoke access
- TikTok
- In the TikTok app: Profile → ☰ menu → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → ELROI Labs Publisher → Remove access.
- Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → ELROI Publicaciones → Remove.
- Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → ELROI Publicaciones → Remove.
Menu names can vary slightly between app versions. You can also write to hola@elroi.cloud and we will disconnect the account.
What data we use and why
We only request the permissions the publishing service needs. On TikTok:
- Basic profile: account ID, display name, username and profile photo
- To show which account will receive each post, so nothing is published to the wrong business.
- Account stats and the list of published videos
- To confirm that a post went out and to prepare the monthly results report for the business.
- Permission to publish or upload videos and photos
- To publish, at the agreed time, only the content the business approved. Uploading as a draft lets the owner finish the post in the TikTok app.
- Access tokens
- Stored on our own server and used only for the above. They stop working when the owner revokes access.
What we do not do
- We do not read or send private messages.
- We do not sell account data or share it with advertisers or other third parties.
- We do not publish anything the business has not approved.
- We do not publish content taken from other creators or platforms.
